A real vehicle
marketplace.
MekCar Commerce is designed as an inventory marketplace: buyers discover vehicles from MekCar Sales, participating dealerships and authorized private sellers. MekCar’s own vehicle sales use a distinct seller workspace with private stock economics.
From inventory
to completed transaction.
Buyers search and compare vehicles. Sellers manage listings, respond to enquiries and track appointments and offers. MekCar Sales manages its own stock in the same inventory system, clearly separated from dealer and private-party listings.
The public MekCar Market page explains the buyer and seller experience. The live marketplace service, seller portal, enquiry delivery and real listings are production build items; no sample vehicle is presented as available stock.
A product for the
whole sales journey.
Commerce connects MekCar’s dealer, fleet, automation, intelligence and vehicle-sales operations. Each capability will have its own permissions, verification, financial controls and operating rules.
Inventory records
Year, make, model, trim, mileage, price, currency, seller type, location, disclosures, photos and the date availability was last confirmed.
Buyer discovery
Search by make, model, year, price, mileage, body style, fuel, location and seller type; compare vehicles and save searches.
Buyer actions
Ask a question, request a viewing, submit an offer or save a listing; each action routes to a named seller owner and has a recorded status.
Seller workspace
Authorized dealers and private sellers create and update listings, manage photos and availability, assign enquiries and record outcomes.
MekCar Sales desk
For MekCar-owned or authorized vehicles, track sourcing, inspection, reconditioning, offer history and sale milestones. Internal acquisition cost and margin stay private.
Transaction coordination
Coordinate inspection, documentation, payment-provider and delivery milestones. The initial release records progress and routes inquiries; it does not hold funds.
Different sellers.
Separate revenue lines.
MekCar Commerce earns from the marketplace network and from MekCar’s own sales operation. Those are separate business activities with separate reporting, permissions and customer terms.
Recurring dealer inventory plans or separately priced optional listing services. Fee levels and seller benefits must be validated before launch.
Potential charges for qualified buyer introductions, sourcing or managed transaction coordination, disclosed to the paying party before service.
MekCar buys or is authorized to sell a vehicle, controls its own costs and selling price, and records the realized margin separately from marketplace fees.
Deposits, checkout and payouts require an approved payments provider, legal operating entity, seller verification, refunds, disputes, tax and title procedures.
Commerce does not sit
outside the operating system.
DealerOS manages dealership inventory and sales activity. MekCar Intelligence adds market context. MekCar Automation coordinates eligible tasks. GarageOS and FleetOS connect vehicles to service and lifecycle history. MekCar Commerce brings these capabilities into a marketplace and transaction network.
Verified inventory first. Transaction tools next.
Public listings launch when seller authority, current vehicle facts, live availability and enquiry ownership are verified. Payments stay off until legal and settlement controls are approved.
